Key Leadership Role for Residential Building Projects

This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of residential building projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Focus on single-storey residential builds, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise client liaison, pre-start, and contracts teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support administrative departments as needed, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Train and supervise new team members, fostering growth and development.
  • Drive business growth by exploring new expansion areas and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coverage during staff absences, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Key Leader in residential building.
  • Candidates with 8+ years of experience in contracts, pre-start processes, client liaison, and mentoring are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment are essential.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams are crucial.
