About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated customer service professional to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the order and delivery process.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. You will address client inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with departments to fulfill client needs effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make clear decisions. They will also have good planning and organisational skills, with an ability to react to operational demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective first point of contact with clients, dealing with any queries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.">
  • Take joint responsibility for orders, ensuring details are entered accurately and resolving any associated issues professionally and efficiently.">
  • Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial chain, particularly clients and supply chain partners.">
  • Resolve logistical and stock control issues in an effective and timely manner.">

Additional responsibilities include tracking record of success working in a customer facing role and dealing sensitively and effectively with client issues.

Experience in exports and working with international clients and freight forwarders is advantageous. The successful candidate will also have excellent IT skills and be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
