Customer Service Manager Job Description
">This role involves managing customer repairs and services, ensuring timely completion of tasks while providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for administering duties such as processing invoices, reconciliations, and reporting.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage customer repairs and services
- Process invoices, reconciliations, and reports
- Assist with department administration
- Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs
- Assist with cash handling when required
- Advise customers on stock arrival and organize delivery
- Maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
">- Experience in a customer-focused retail business
- High-volume administration experience
- Able to juggle multiple tasks with flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to think critically and manage own workflow
- Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law (desirable)
- Full of energy, ambitious, confident, and flexible
- Friendly, outgoing, approachable, and able to work well in a team
- Able to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving
- Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions
