The Opportunity

This position offers a Graduate Electrical Estimator the chance to kick-start their career in Electrical Estimation/Design by joining our operations team in Brisbane. As a Graduate with us, you will apply your electrical design skills to support our growing projects portfolio and gain exposure across diverse contracts.

You will be an integral part of our team, working on Office Fit-outs, Base Building refurbishments, and Designing Maintenance Programs for Electrical systems. Regular meetings with senior leaders will help maximise your personal and professional development. Additionally, you will engage with our operations teams through structured rotations across our contracts.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer regular performance reviews and salary increases every 6 months. Other benefits include a well-rounded experience, core leadership development training, and opportunities to network and have one-to-one mentoring.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree level qualification in Electrical Engineering, or expected to graduate in 2024.
  • A strong appetite to learn and genuine desire to pursue a career in facility management or an essential services industry.
  • Degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, or expected to graduate in 2024.
  • Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills.
  • Motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective time management & organisational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite.
  • A strong focus on safety in the workplace.
  • Electrical project/design experience.
