Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing administrative law issues in conjunction with key stakeholders, governance, and accountability obligations
  • Providing specialist advice on complex and sensitive legal matters
  • Coordinating compliance measures for relevant Do H and Government policies, practices, and procedures
  • Supporting the management and delivery of legal services to the Department of Health

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare legislation and policy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information to non-legal audiences
