Early Childhood Educator

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting the education program in our centres and ensuring every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
- Above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm.
