Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in creating and executing menus with a local seasonal twist.
  • Organize and set up the assigned section of the kitchen to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards.
  • Ensure that all guest contact culinary associates deliver exceptional service and provide a positive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with customers to meet their culinary expectations and create special menus as needed.

Requirements:

  • Cert III or higher in Commercial Cookery is required, with A la carte experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment is desirable.
  • A passion for creativity and teamwork is essential, along with strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
