Job Overview

This role involves leading technical initiatives in power system studies, enabling clients to connect with the electricity grid and driving growth in services and market penetration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of work for the region in Power System Studies.
  • Provide technical direction on projects and input on proposals.
  • Deliver technical advisory projects requiring detailed power system analysis.
  • Support the development of tools and systems to efficiently deliver high-quality power system planning and analysis advice.
Requirements
  • Technical Discipline Degree and/or post-graduate or other professional qualifications are necessary.
  • Proficiency in key power system analysis tools including PSSE, PSCAD, and PowerFactory is required.
  • A thorough understanding of the National Electricity Rules and associated guidelines defining model provision and technical performance for NEM connections is essential.
