Job Opportunity: Intellectual Property Associate

The role of the Intellectual Property Associate is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work closely with partners and senior lawyers who have extensive expertise in the field of intellectual property.

This position will involve providing comprehensive support to a growing number of tech clients, encompassing brand protection, IP advisory and compliance, IT contracting, and privacy and data security advisory and compliance.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work autonomously or in a team, and possess excellent communication skills. Superior drafting skills are also essential for this role.

Employees in this position will enjoy competitive base compensation and participate in regular in-person reviews aimed at fostering continuous feedback and professional growth. Additionally, they will receive a monthly cash bonus of up to 50% of their monthly salary, linked to achieving key client-centric objectives without the requirement of billable hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to tech clients on brand protection, IP advisory and compliance, IT contracting, and privacy and data security advisory and compliance.
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in intellectual property law.
