**Job Title:** Mentor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced mentor to guide young leaders and speakers through the application process and/or event preparation for a TEDx event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to young speakers and organizers, helping them develop their ideas into engaging talks and performances.
  • Event Development: Collaborate with our team to design the event program, ensuring a diverse theme that engages and inspires the audience.
  • Application Assistance: Assist in drafting and submitting the TEDx license application, ensuring all necessary details are in place for a successful approval.
  • Speaker Coaching: Mentor youth participants in public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills, providing feedback to help them refine their talks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team, including event planners, marketing, and sponsors, to ensure the event aligns with both TEDx and our goals.
  • Youth Engagement: Foster an environment that encourages creative thinking and idea-sharing among young participants, ensuring their voices are amplified in the community.
  • Diverse Topic Coverage: Ensure the talks cover a range of topics, from technology and entrepreneurship to social impact and sustainability, promoting innovation across disciplines.
