About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Specialist to join our team at St John WA. As a key member of our Business Improvement team, you will play a critical role in identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to enhance processes, productivity, and overall performance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and other approaches to identify areas for improvement
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand challenges and propose changes to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with the business to design and implement process improvements, including coaching to ensure sustained change
  • Perform end-to-end process and workflow mapping, including documentation of process steps
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated relevant experience
  • Relevant business improvement certification in a methodology such as Lean/Six Sigma
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
