About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Communications Coordinator to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets by training, coaching, and supporting the Communication Team.
  • Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
  • Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco.
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team.
