Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in a supportive and high-quality environment.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our children. Your expertise and knowledge will help foster a love of learning and support the development of young minds.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our experienced educators and management team to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with our centre's vision and goals.

If you have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or are working towards it, and are committed to best practices in early childhood education, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards it
  • A strong commitment to best practices in early childhood education
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for working with children
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (visa exceptions can be made only if visa's expiry is over 2 years and no sponsorship is required)
  • A CV that includes all 10 years of career history (if you do not have any 10-year work history, please let us know or state this in your CV)
  • Ability to supply references from Managers within your 5-year work history
