Product Leader for Everyday Banking

We're on a mission to craft everyday banking experiences that delight millions of Australians. As a senior individual contributor, you'll help shape and scale bold propositions that solve real customer problems.

About the Role
  • You will drive product growth and innovation, shaping vision, coaching peers, and setting standards.
  • You'll be trusted to own outcomes, experiment fast, and elevate the quality of everything we build.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision and strategy for new everyday banking propositions.
  • Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation.
  • Design end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch—across mobile, web, and core platforms.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration.
  • Provide product leadership across squads—mentoring, influencing product practices, helping peers raise their craft.
  • Set and monitor clear KPIs (e.g., activation, frequency of use, NPS, error rate) and grow impact through iteration and scale.
