Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of a Head Chef in our hospitality team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food services to residents while ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality meals tailored to the dietary, cultural, and medical needs of residents.
  • Lead daily operations, uphold food safety standards, manage stock, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to kitchen staff, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Catering Manager or Head Chef.
  • Experience in an Aged Care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices in line with aged care standards.
