Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Retail Banking Services team as a Concierge at our Bankstown Central Branch. As the face of CommBank, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers through our in-branch technology and digital banking options, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding them to the appropriate channel.
  • Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently, and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable and professional demeanor.
  • The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence.
  • A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus access to extensive employee benefits and discounts.
