We are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead our water business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced professional to drive project outcomes, contribute to client growth, and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design civil engineering solutions for water projects, including conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and water facilities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their core business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients on site and within a professional services environment.
Requirements
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) registration and a degree in civil engineering.
  • Strong understanding of water industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Experience in scoping and developing engineering work packages, including time-based estimates for deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines to bring together the best technical expertise from across a business.
