Job Description

We are seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team and play a key role in managing and growing sales revenue from a designated portfolio of advertisers/marketers. This individual will lead the Sales team in Sydney, shaping and driving strategies that boost revenue, grow market share, and elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key advertisers, media consultants, and marketers to exceed sales targets.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team to drive exceptional revenue results.
  • Collaborating across departments to shape strategic plans and deliver impactful communications.
  • Staying ahead of market trends while delivering valuable insights to fuel growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales and marketing management experience, preferably in advertising and/or media buying.
  • A proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
  • Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills and knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Management, or Marketing.
