Post Exchange Specialist

This position involves overseeing the post-exchange process from contract to settlement.

The Role:
  • Take ownership of the entire post-exchange process including pre-settlement inspections and documentation management.
  • Develop strong working relationships with mortgage brokers, solicitors, building/pest inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
  • Ensure all due diligence tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the process and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of registration is a mandatory requirement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a professional demeanor are required to resolve any issues that may arise during the post-exchange process.
  • Previous experience in property investment, real estate, conveyancing, or similar fields would be highly beneficial but not essential.
