Foreign Xchange is an Australian e-commerce business helping travellers get their currency before heading overseas. It's super easy to order online, and we take pride in the service we provide to fellow Aussies travelling overseas for holidays.

Our goal is to be the biggest online currency provider in Australia.

We are looking to scale our business and open a new office in Adelaide.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • At least 2 years of experience in Currency Exchange.
  • We seek someone with a can-do attitude, eager to grow and hustle as the company expands. A person who asks questions and challenges the business. We encourage our team to be bold and brave to contribute to business growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

This role involves managing the Adelaide operations from our Adelaide office. Since we are an online provider, we do not have a retail store. Full training will be provided to ensure you can start effectively.

This is a unique career opportunity for someone experienced in currency exchange, looking for a challenge in the online space, and eager to be part of a growing startup. You will be solely responsible for the Adelaide operations at this stage.

  • Prepare and dispatch online orders promptly with attention to detail.
  • Manage stock levels.
  • Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues via in person, phone, text, and email.
  • Follow up with logistics partners regarding customer orders.
  • Participate in online chats and handle some phone calls from local clients.
  • Transact with walk-in customers.
  • Coordinate with the security company for cash pickups.
  • Monitor all Adelaide orders and keep clients updated.
