Financial Analyst for Strategic Investments

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a leading private investment and development group as a Financial Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building institutional-grade financial models to assess feasibility and investment returns, supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and capital structuring, preparing high-quality investment materials and board papers, and conducting market research and providing strategic investment insights.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded analyst with a strong background in finance and experience in investment banking, property development, or corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial modelling and commercial analysis skills, exposure to the property sector, and tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar.

Candidates should be motivated and eager to take on new challenges, with a clear understanding of the role's responsibilities and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Support deal execution and negotiate transactions
  • Prepare and present high-quality investment reports and presentations
  • Conduct market research and provide strategic investment recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years' experience in investment banking, property development, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar
