Insurance Portfolio Manager

You will manage a book of business by identifying opportunities and engaging with clients to meet their needs.

  • Develop strategies to grow the existing portfolio through new business prospecting and client engagement
  • Negotiate with insurance markets to secure optimal solutions for clients
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support marketing strategies and client retention
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including small to medium-sized businesses and large national and multinational companies
  • Design and implement service plans to deliver exceptional client outcomes and meet their unique requirements
  • Facilitate claim reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties involved
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, resulting in improved outcomes and retention
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in group risk management or consulting/broking services
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in both written and oral forms
  • In-depth knowledge of group risk programs, including legislative requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple consulting engagements for a variety of clients
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and in-house databases
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
