Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our dynamic team at Macquarie Medical Imaging.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for ongoing professional development in a healthcare organisation with a strong academic focus.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a range of imaging modalities, including Mammography, CT, and MRI.
Our comprehensive training program will enable you to enhance your skills through hands-on experience.
You will work alongside a capable and professional team, supported by Senior Radiographers to ensure your ongoing learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic x-ray examinations and produce high-quality images.
- Inform patients about all aspects of imaging procedures and respond to their questions and concerns.
- Advise medical staff of any patient findings that require immediate clinical attention.
- Audit and record patient data into electronic medical records as required.
- Provide formal and informal training, supervision and coaching to undergraduate and graduate radiographers, other health professionals and the public as needed.
