About the Role:
The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care home, including supporting staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the organization's reputation as a leading provider of aged care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
- Operate independently and professionally with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and decision-making skills.
- Ensure a deep understanding of the financial, quality, risk, and compliance aspects of residential aged care operations.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience in Aged Care accreditation and clinical standards, including dementia and challenging behaviors.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager or in a similar leadership role.
