Job Overview

The Design Manager role is an exciting opportunity to shape the design and construction of various projects in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Design Manager with a builder, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process from concept to completion on projects ranging from $5M to $40M.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate design and construction requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager with a builder.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A solid understanding of the design and construction process.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
