Job Title: Spatial Services Delivery Lead

As a key member of our national survey, spatial, and planning business, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional spatial services across Australia.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive innovation within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue Reality Capture opportunities in Queensland, leveraging innovative technologies to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Establish and manage a high-performing spatial team, providing mentoring, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution of projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities and driving growth.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Active participation in industry events and conferences, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
