Soccer coaching is an integral component of our organization's development strategy. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate coach to spearhead our training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions that promote player growth and teamwork.
  • Familiarize yourself with our coaching methodology to ensure consistency across all training sessions.
  • Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to individual and team needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to players, fostering a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for soccer, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire young players.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum UEFA C or AFC C Licence, or equivalent professional playing experience.
  • A commitment to promoting a positive team culture.
