We are seeking a skilled legal professional to lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers and paralegals, while managing a diverse and challenging caseload within Customer Legal Services. Reporting to the Official Solicitor, you will work on meaningful matters that directly impact the lives of vulnerable Queenslanders.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality services, as well as managing complex litigation files and advisory work in areas such as:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior lawyers and paralegals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Managing and resolving complex disputes and litigious matters.
