We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in Papilio Early Learning Turner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance.
- Mentor and support staff to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, local communities, and partners.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
