At Affinity Education Group, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Papilio Early Learning centre in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and supporting the growth of our centre.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local families and the community, leveraging your marketing skills to drive occupancy growth.
  • Mentor and support the centre team to achieve National Quality Standards and deliver exceptional educational outcomes.

About You:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
