**Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Educator**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our team of childcare professionals. As a hands-on, enthusiastic, and motivated individual, you will be responsible for managing a team and delivering high-quality programs for children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically. A Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) is preferred, as well as a current Employee Working with Children's Check.

This role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth. You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes the welfare and safety of children at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs for children
  • Provide effective leadership and customer service
  • Uphold the welfare and safety of children at all times

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, After School Care 2:45pm - 6:00pm, Holiday Program up to 6 hours per day
