The Opportunity

As a key member of our Education Partnership business unit, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to contribute significantly to the growth and delivery of efficiencies. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a trusted commercial partner for stakeholders and executive team members in driving strategic partnerships' objectives.

This position will encompass business partnering, financial modelling/analysis, and collaboration with broader stakeholders and finance teams on various initiatives. It requires in-depth knowledge of commercial performance to support monthly forecast and annual business planning processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-performing teams and manage your own workload autonomously
  • Strong financial and business development modelling skills (advanced Excel)
  • Ability to think creatively and apply different problem-solving techniques
  • Experience developing long-term plans and business cases
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for finding solutions to business problems
  • Professional Services experience, particularly Transaction Services (desired)
  • PowerBI skillset (desired)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, and CA or CPA qualifications (ideal)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial finance business partnering roles or equivalent
