System Administrator Role

As a system administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of business-critical systems.

The Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system is used by cohealth to manage their employee data. You will oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of this system, as well as other enterprise applications.

  • Oversee system performance, security, and user access for Dayforce and related applications
  • Identify and implement technology solutions that align with cohealth's architecture and business requirements
  • Prepare and maintain solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Manage integrations and resolve system issues to support business continuity
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives through design, communication, and solution delivery
Key Responsibilities:
  • System Performance and Security: Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of business-critical systems
  • Technology Solutions: Identify and implement technology solutions that align with cohealth's architecture and business requirements
  • Documentation and Communication: Prepare and maintain solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Integration and Issue Resolution: Manage integrations and resolve system issues to support business continuity
  • Enterprise Initiatives: Contribute to enterprise initiatives through design, communication, and solution delivery
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in a business or technology-related discipline
  • Certification: Certification in an industry-recognized architecture framework, business analysis, or related methodology
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with Dayforce preferred
  • Victorian Driver's Licence: Victorian driver's licence and ability to meet pre-employment requirements (police check, WWCC, work rights, vaccinations)
