Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within our property management division, and the ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in lease administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new leases, renewals, and vacates, as well as verifying dates, checking inputs, and tracking fitouts and landlord contributions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up new leases, renewals, and vacates
  • Business Partner with Lease Administration, Developments, and Projects teams
  • Verify lease process and dates
  • Check new inputs for accuracy and conduct lease audits
  • Review monthly rent and secondary charges for all changes processed
  • Track fitouts and landlord contributions agreed, payments, and balance outstanding
  • Verify progress claims on developments and track monthly cost allocations against projects
  • Discuss invoices and payments with suppliers and tenants
  • Review accuracy of coding of invoices against individual properties and GL codes
  • Attend meetings to ensure trackers and status of leases are up to date
  • Process improvements and streamline tasks and information distribution to teams
