Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of accounts payable, client billings, and accounts receivable functions.

About the Role- Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable deliverables and proactive management of aged AP/creditors
- Validation of invoices against purchase orders for business approval
- Assistance with purchase order and invoice queries
- Issue tax invoices to clients as per business requests
- Support with month-end and bank reconciliation queries from finance teams
- Identification of opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes where possible
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in an accounts payable/accounts receivable function
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
