Community Football Competitions Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth and development of our football competitions, fostering a vibrant community that shares in the heritage and possibilities of the game.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the AFL Sydney Seniors competition, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants, officials, umpires, and volunteers.
- Build strong relationships with AFL clubs and their leaders, particularly presidents and key decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams across coaching, umpiring, and other key departments to promote elite development programs.
- Design and implement competitive balance initiatives to shape the future of competitions and drive long-term club sustainability.
- Administer League rules in line with national guidelines, ensuring clarity and smooth change management.
- Proven leadership and project management expertise.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
