Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a valid white card, current driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Desirable Advantages:

  • Possess a Bobcat or Excavator license for increased project opportunities.
  • Hold certificates in landscaping or horticulture for enhanced credibility.
  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader.
