Landscaping Expert Wanted
">Seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our landscape construction crew, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of projects and work closely with our experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Read and interpret project plans, program construction work and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Leadership: Conduct toolbox talks, delegate duties to team members and maintain a positive working environment.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Hands-on Landscape Work: Participate in landscaping activities and assist in maintaining high-quality standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to your supervisor on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture
- 2-3 years experience as a qualified Tradesman
- Ability to read plans and manage a small crew
- Willingness to travel up to an hour
- Drivers License
