Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and growing our Skincare brand portfolio through strategic planning and maximising new product launches
  • Driving core product performance and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Building strong business relationships with brands within our Skincare portfolio
  • Acting as a liaison between MECCA and our brands, communicating performance insights and driving commercial success
  • Managing sales, COGS, and commercial performance of the brand portfolio against targets
  • Coordinating launch plans and promotional activities across the business
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in account/category and brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing category and brand strategies to drive long-term growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive commercial decisions
  • Candidate must possess excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and priorities
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, based on experience
