Babcock International Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing for our employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

This part-time position (22.8 hours per week) offers a great balance between work and personal life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing fortnightly payroll
  • Maintaining staff payroll records
  • Coordinating superannuation payments
  • Calculating and reconciling payroll tax
  • Assisting with reporting

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience with electronic payroll systems (preferably HR3)
  • High level of knowledge in the MS Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with IFS and/or other ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements is highly desirable
  • Australian Citizen
