Key SMSF Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to contribute to the growth and success of our Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SMSF administration, compliance, and supervision, with 4-7 years of relevant work experience.

This key role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the SMSF team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and lodgment of SMSF annual returns, financial statements, and other compliance documents.

Other responsibilities include providing technical support and guidance to team members on complex SMSF matters, conducting regular quality checks on SMSF work to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, liaising with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies to resolve SMSF-related issues and queries, and contributing to the development and implementation of SMSF processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, as well as 4-7 years of experience in SMSF administration, compliance, and supervision.

Requirements
