Job Summary

We are seeking a senior analytics professional to drive data-driven decision making across our organization.

This critical role involves leading high-impact analytics projects, generating actionable insights, and developing a deep understanding of customer and business needs.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in 'last mile' analytics, with exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills. They will also possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with senior executives, provide consulting and thought leadership, and demonstrate high levels of accountability and deliver on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data to inform strategic decision making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop analytical models and perform deep dives to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Support executives and decision makers using data in a simple and effective way.
  • Buid a deep knowledge across multiple data domains.
  • Identify and monitor metrics for external communications (e.g. investors, media).
  • Create cross-portfolio metrics and reporting.
  • Provide decision support for Pricing and Packaging decisions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years or more experience in analytics or SaaS, in a stakeholder-facing capacity or as a technical practitioner.
  • Proven ability to lead analytics projects from end-to-end.
  • Experience coaching team members to improve communication, storytelling and technical capability.
  • Experienced in delivering analytics in the form of interactive dashboards.
  • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Highly proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
  • Comfortable working with complex and diverse datasets.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and other modern BI tools.
