Job Title: PTE Head Trainer

Description:
Pte Head Trainers are responsible for leading the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for PTE preparation. They design, develop, and implement curriculum materials, assess student performance, and provide individual feedback and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Development:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions to students on all aspects of the PTE exam: speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
  • Continuously update course materials to reflect changes in exam formats and educational best practices.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of trainer performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Assess student progress and course effectiveness using developed assessment tools.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in English language teaching, specifically focused on PTE or similar standardized tests.
  • Proven track record of achieving high student success rates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest educational technology and online teaching platforms.
  • PTE certification 79+ in each module is mandatory.
