Senior Leadership Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of complex building projects as an Associate Structural Director.

Leading multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring senior and mid-level engineers, and remaining hands-on with high-profile projects are key responsibilities.

  • Shape the consultancy's next era of growth, driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Influence industry standards, maintain a voice in technical advisory panels and contribute to business development and project acquisition.
  • Lead design, delivery and technical reviews across major structural projects.
  • Provide high-level technical oversight on complex engineering challenges.
  • Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to strategy on resourcing, digital engineering and future business growth.

CPEng registered, 15-20+ years in structural engineering, strong leadership profile and technical expertise across design, compliance and constructability are essential qualifications.
