Job Description

We are seeking an Influencer and Partnerships Coordinator to drive brand awareness and advocacy by managing influencer seeding programs, building strong partnerships, and curating standout user-generated content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end influencer seeding process, from sourcing and outreach to sending product and tracking ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end influencer seeding process, from sourcing and outreach to sending product and tracking ROI.
  • Build and maintain an influencer database with accurate performance insights.
  • Onboard and manage content creators, ensuring UGC is high quality, on brand, and drives engagement.
  • Coordinate collaborations and reuse influencer content across channels.
  • Support the wider marketing team with campaign execution and creative development.
  • Track, report, and optimise influencer and partnership performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar.
  • Experience in partnerships, influencer management or social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Meta, TikTok, Canva, Klaviyo, Google Analytics etc.).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative spark and a genuine passion for building brand advocacy.
