Job Title:

Unified Communications Architect

This highly technical role requires expert-level skills in Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, and Unified Communication platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Workplace - Unified Communication Lead to design and implement UC technologies, including on-premises deployment and migration to MS Teams.

The position demands 8+ years of experience in the field and expertise in complex enterprise Unified Communication platforms, Configuring and Administration of High Availability environments, and Spectralink DECT-Solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring and administering unified communication technologies, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert-Level experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Lync/Skype-for-Business, and integrated technologies
  • Strong hands-on experience in complex enterprise Unified Communication platforms
  • Expert-Level experience in Configuring and Administration of High Availability environment for Unified Communication technologies, Direct Routing, SBCs environments
  • Experience with Creation, modification, and deletion of end devices, DECT servers, and DECT transmitters
  • Experience with Operation of the OVOC server incl. patch management
  • Experience with Luware Contact Center solutions
  • Expert in managing Luware Attendant Console
  • Environmental changes - consolidation, platform upgrades, SBC firmware, and security management
