Compassionate Community Healthcare Professional

As a skilled registered nurse, you will deliver high-quality care to individuals in their homes, making a positive impact on people's lives.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centred support, using evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop effective management plans to promote optimal healing and patient outcomes.
- Provide medication support, manage PICC lines, portacaths, and clexane, as well as continence and catheter care services.
- Deliver palliative care support and general nursing assessments, referring clients to other services as needed to ensure seamless care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is essential.
- A current unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive are required for this role.
