We're looking for a high-achieving retail professional to lead our store team.

Job Overview

This role involves working closely with the store manager to drive sales, performance and a high-performing culture. You will coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example in consultative selling, visual merchandising and brand storytelling.

You will also oversee stock-related processes, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient replenishment. This includes managing stock receiving, back-of-house standards and stock-to-floor flow, as well as coaching team members on best-practice stock handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the store manager to drive sales, performance and a high-performing culture
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assisting in rostering, team development, performance feedback and store standards
  • Leading by example in consultative selling, visual merchandising and brand storytelling
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive team environment with high engagement
  • Managing stock receiving, back-of-house standards and stock-to-floor flow
  • Driving inventory accuracy and efficient replenishment
  • Coaching team members on best-practice stock handling
  • Lifting and processing stock (up to 20kg) as part of daily duties
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership and/or inventory role in high-volume or large-format retail
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the store manager in the overall running of the store and leading teams to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation
  • Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
  • Strong delegation skills with the ability to drive team productivity
  • A detail-focused, analytical and highly organised mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • A genuine love of structure, efficiency and getting things done right
