Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading teams of writers and assessors in the development of curriculum products and services.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all educational materials meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. You will work collaboratively with other teams to align products and services with organizational directions and policies.

In this role, you will also be responsible for revising and redeveloping existing curriculum products and resources, including senior syllabuses and guidelines. Additionally, you will provide expert advice to Learning Area Managers and Directors on issues related to the implementation of senior curriculum and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of writers and assessors in the development of curriculum products and services
  • Ensure that all educational materials meet the highest standards of quality and relevance
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to align products and services with organizational directions and policies
  • Revise and redevelop existing curriculum products and resources
  • Provide expert advice to Learning Area Managers and Directors
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of curriculum development and education policy. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
