Medical Professional Advisor Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced medical professional to join our team as a Medical Affairs Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, providing medical support and education, and driving the development of Alcon's products and therapies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs and HCPs to support the development and adoption of Alcon's products and therapies.
  • Provide medical support and education to HCPs, including scientific presentations and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new products and therapies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., ophthalmology, optometry, vision science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a HCP-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of eye diseases, including ophthalmic surgical procedures and optometry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
